Delete your account

You can delete your PillPilot account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what gets removed.
How to request deletion
Send an email to anildongrenz@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to PillPilot, with the subject “Delete my account”. Sending from your account email lets us verify the request is yours.
We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 daysof receiving your request, and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email).
- Your profile details (display name, emergency contact, time zone, and reminder settings).
- All of your medicines, dosages, schedules, and inventory counts.
- Your entire dose history (taken, snoozed, skipped, and missed records).
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. We do not retain a copy beyond what is briefly required to complete the deletion, and we keep no data for any other purpose.
Note
Signing out of the app does not delete your data — it only ends the session on your device. Use the email request above to delete your account entirely.
